MELROSE — Theodore Jay “Ted” Vrooman, 61, passed away unexpectedly, on Monday, July 3 at the Parkland Medical Center. Ted was born on March 3, 1962, in Chelsea to Milton and Gertrude (Banks) Vrooman.
