NORTH READING — Calling all poets! It’s time to sharpen your pencils and focus your imagination on out-of-this-world topics in celebration of National Poetry Month.
The Flint Memorial Library invites poets of all ages – from 1 to 100 – to enter their Space-Themed Poetry Contest!
The deadline to enter this town-wide event is next Wednesday, April 17. Submit your original poem to librarian Kim Lambert either via email at klambert@northreadingma.gov or drop off a hard copy at the main circulation desk on the first floor.
All poetry contest winners will be announced on Monday, April 22 and they will be invited to read their winning poems aloud at the library on Monday, April 29 at 6 p.m.
