The NRHS girls’ soccer team continues to make an impact both on and off the field with over 40 members participating in the “Together in Teal” ovarian cancer research initiative. This cause holds deep significance for the team.
Last year, a graduating senior player from North Reading High was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. In response, the NRHS girls’ soccer team is proudly participating in the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition’s 2024 Together in Teal event. The Hornets are dedicated to raising awareness and funds in support of the ovarian cancer community, helping improve the lives of individuals, families and communities impacted by this disease. Together, we can make a difference!
