Kind and compassionate heart, loyalty and great sense of humor
HAVERHILL — With great sadness we announce the passing of Jennifer (Jenny) Allen, age 40 of Haverhill, formerly of Wakefield on October 26. Born on August 8, 1984 in Boston, she was the daughter of Patricia Green of Salisbury and the late Steven Allen of Lynn. She attended Wakefield High School and graduated in 2002 followed by classes at North Shore Community College. She worked for many years in the restaurant industry and most recently obtained a certification to work as a vet tech assistant. Jenny’s greatest wish was to be a mother and in 2018 she was overjoyed to welcome her son Liam into the world alongside her devoted fiancé Sean Wolfe also of Haverhill. In the five years she had with him, Jenny showered Liam with love and had some of the happiest days of her life. Jenny will be remembered for her kind and compassionate heart, her loyalty to those she loved and her sense of humor.
In addition to her mother, son and fiance, Jenny is survived by her sister Rachel Spencer and husband Joe of Amesbury; nieces Allison and Kate; nephews Sam, Luke and Sean; her stepfather Kevin Green of Salisbury; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her brother Paul Allen of Wakefield; her grandparents James and Barbara Doyle of Wakefield; and Paul and Margaret Allen of Lynn.
