Health & Human Services agreement draws criticism

WAKEFIELD — The seemingly routine renewal of an intermunicipal agreement led to a bit of controversy at this week’s Town Council meeting.

The matter involved the agreement between Wakefield, Melrose and Stoneham under which the three towns share the services, costs and efficiencies of a common Health and Human Services Department
