WAKEFIELD — James A. Roberto, 65, of Wakefield and Florida, died accidentally on Wednesday, July 13.
Born in Melrose on Oct. 31, 1950, he was the son of the late James and Florence (Delviso) Roberto.
James was a graduate of Wakefield Memorial High School, Class of 1968. He had worked as an insurance broker for Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company.
Mr. Roberto is survived by his fiancée Elaine D’Ambrosio of Wakefield.
His funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield. There are no calling hours.
