NORTH READING — Virginia Elaine “Ginny” (O’Brien) Duffy of North Reading died on Tuesday, Aug. 2, 2016.
She was the beloved wife of Arthur Francis Duffy. She was the loving daughter of Mary Duffy and her late husband Robert. She was the sister of Eileen Fontaine and her husband Claude, Jeraldine Chase and her husband Dana, Robert O’Brien and his wife Janice and Philip O’Brien. Ginny is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
The funeral will be from the Cota Funeral Home, 335 Park St. (corner of Park Street and Rte. 28), at the Reading line, on Friday Aug. 5, at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Theresa Church, 63 Winter St. (Rte. 62), North Reading at 10:30 a.m.
Relatives and friends may visit the funeral home on Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, North Reading.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Virginia’s name to a charity of one’s choice.
