BEN SCHUMACHER, 8, enjoyed the challenge of drawing a favorite tree as a participant in the Villager’s drawing and coloring contests at Townscape’s Kids’ Day Saturday. Kids must submit their entries by May 31 for a chance to win a $50 gift certificate to Meletharb’s Ice Cream plus a gift subscription to the newspaper in two age categories, 6 and under or 7-12.
