WAKEFIELD — Members of the community are invited to drop off non-perishable food items at the Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry (WIFP) at 342 Main St. on Saturday, Dec. 6.

The Pantry also welcomes cash and check donations made out to the Wakefield Interfaith Food Pantry. For up-to-date listings of most-needed food, please visit their website at: www.wifoodpantry.org.

The WIFP serves more than 580 households of which 13 percent are senior citizens, 30 percent are families with children, 53 percent are single-person households and 43 percent are disabled.
