Union carpenter, worked on Boston’s Big Dig

MARLBOROUGH — Paul R. MacKenzie, 68, born on October 19,1950 passed away at his home on August 27, 2019 with his family at his side.
He leaves his sister Barbara Natali of Marlborough, his brother William MacKenzie Jr. and his wife Barbara of Andover; his daughter Paige from Georgia and his brother Thomas E. MacKenzie of North Reading both predeceased him. He leaves his children Vaughan, Kyle, Nathan and Avery, three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Paul was born in Boston to the late William K. MacKenzie and Barbara (Saunders) MacKenzie of North Reading. Paul was a union carpenter and worked on the Big Dig in Boston. He graduated from North Reading High School in 1969 and graduated from Frostburg State University in Maryland in 1973. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Marlborough.
