WAKEFIELD — Save the date! The eighth annual Artisan Affair and Marketplace returns to The Press Room at the Wakefield Daily Item building, 26 Albion St., Wakefield this Saturday, October 5.
The event, which features unique handcrafted pottery, photography, jewelry, blown glass, salves and soaps, paintings, quilts, craft beer candles, honey, wood products, unique signs, fiber arts and more created by local artisans, will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Shop early for the holidays.
The “Affair” got its start eight years ago to give small batch artisans one more opportunity to promote and sell their products. The “Affair” aims for quality, variety and creativity in the unique products offered.
Admission is free and there is plenty of free parking available in the Item’s parking lot.
