THE COMMUNITY turned out in force for MAAV’s socially-distanced 25th Annual Walk Against Violence over the weekend of October 24 and 25. People walked the traditional route around Ell Pond individually, with friends, family, small groups or organizations. The event raised awareness about domestic violence and over $50,000 for MAAV to continue their outreach and prevention programs. Here, members of Temple Beth Shalom in Melrose, the “Mighty Mitzvahs,” show their continued support.
