Great–grandmother of three
REVERE — Anna Freehling of Revere, formerly of Saugus and Chelsea, passed away June 19. She was the Beloved wife of 60 years of Audley Freehling and the cherished mother of Joseph and his wife Cynthia, James and his wife Nancy, Jon and his wife Ann all of Saugus. She was the loving grandmother of Jon Jr., Kimberly and her husband Christopher Iacoviello, Karl, Daniel, Marla and Nicholas and the great–grandmother of Jason, Avery and Maddox. She was the sister of Concetta Lento of Revere, Catherine Torra of North Reading, Mario Lento of New Hampshire and the late Joseph Lento.
Her funeral was held from the Bisbee–Porcella Funeral Home Wednesday, June 24 followed by her Rite of Christian Burial in St. Anthony Church, Revere. Interment followed at the Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. In lieu of flowers, donations in Anna’s memory may be made to the Chelsea Jewish Foundation, Leonard Florence Center for Living, 165 Captains Row, Chelsea MA 02150.
