LYNNFIELD — Superintendent Tom Geary gave an overview of the School Department’s recommended fiscal year 2027 operating and capital budgets to the Select Board on Jan. 28.

Geary has recommended a 4.3 percent operating budget increase for FY27, totaling $35,665,314. Town Administrator Rob Dolan has budgeted a 3.7 increase for the School Department…
