WAKEFIELD — The WMHS boys’ outdoor track and field team closed out their dual meet competition by beating Stoneham 81-54 on Tuesday at the Shaun F. Beasley Track and Field.

In the 400 meter hurdles, Tucker Stikeman won with a time of 62.2.

In the mile, Rohan Singhvi was second with a time of 4:45.7 and Casey Brackett was third with a time of 4:51.9.

In the shot put, Logan Cosgrove was second with a throw of 42’4. Liam Cosgrove was third with a throw of 42 feet.

In the long jump, Eli Gosselin-Smoske was third with a jump of 18’9.

Gosselin-Smoske was also second in the triple jump with a 37’7 and Tucker Stikeman was third with a jump of 37’1.

After a 30 year hiatus, the pole vault is back in Wakefield. Gosselin-Smoske jumped 7’6.

In the high jump, Tommy Galvin was first with a jump of 5’10 and Nick Connor was third with a jump of 5’4.

In the javelin, Matt Tobey was second with a throw of 115’5 and Alex Kent was third with a throw of 112’10.

In the hurdles, Gosselin-Smoske was first with a time of 16.3, Tommy Galvin was second with a time of 18.5.

In the 100 meters, Tucker Stikeman ran a very fast time of 11.2, and MyKease Driggers was second with a pr time of 11.6.

Andrew Roos was third with a time of 58.1 in the 400 meters.

In the 800 meters, Tanner Jellison was first with a time of 2:03.4. Bradley Diaz ran his first 800 of his outdoor season, was second and ran a great time of 2:04.7. Bradley’s time is about a second off from qualifying to nationals for the freshman 800. Carter Margolis was third with a time of 2:09.8.

In the 200 meters, Brian Smith was first with a 23 and Ryan Obear was third with a 24.8.

In the two mile, Matt Roberto was first with a 10:37, Trevor Zupan was second with a time of 10:52 and Alexei Petrov was third with an 11:16.

In the 4×100 Freddy Sanchez, Ryan Obear, MyKease Driggers and Bradley Diaz won with a time of 48.1.

In the 4×400 Carter Margolis, Billy Stevens, Jonathan D’Ambrosio and Tanner Jellison won with a 3:44.
