Judge dismisses BCW civil rights lawsuit

LYNNFIELD — A United States District Court judge dismissed a civil rights lawsuit filed by Boston Clear Water Company last month.

Masks mandated in public buildings

WAKEFIELD — Citing the rising number of COVID cases, the Town Council and the Board of Health each voted separately last night for nearly identical measures requiring masks in all municipal buildings in Wakefield, effective Sept. 2, regardless of vaccination status. Schools reopening plan unveiled

WAKEFIELD — In addition to requiring masks for all students and staff in Wakefield Public Schools per state mandate and local policy, other COVID-related rules and protocols will be in effect when local schools reopen on Sept. 9.
