LYNNFIELD — Lynnfield High School sophomore Ava O’Brien is not letting multiple sclerosis slow her down. In fact, Ava’s diagnosis is leading her to new heights.

Ava and a group of family and friends are gearing up to compete in the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s MuckFest Boston 5K

LYNNFIELD — Town Meeting overwhelmingly rejected the proposed Woods of Lynnfield elderly housing development on Monday night.

Attorney Jay Kimball submitted Article 16 on behalf of developer Angus Bruce. Article 16 sought to rezone a parcel of land located at 1414 Main St. from Residence D to Elderly

LYNNFIELD — Town Meeting on Monday supported a proposal that will implement a new speed limit in areas that are not currently posted.

Town Meeting at LMS Monday

LYNNFIELD — The Annual Town Meeting will commence on Monday, April 29 in the Lynnfield Middle School auditorium, beginning at 7 p.m.

Similar to last year’s sessions of Town Meeting, this year’s Town Meeting will feature electronic check-in and electronic voting once again. A quorum of 175 voters
