DPW announces holiday schedule

MELROSE — The Department of Public Works announces the following schedule for the upcoming holiday weeks.  

Week of Monday, December 24

1. All Public Works Offices will be closed on Monday and Tuesday including the DPW Operations, Engineering, Water & Sewer Billing and Cemetery Offices.

Public hearing: School Choice

MELROSE — Superintendent of Schools Cyndy S. Taymore has announced that at their meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 8, 2019, the Melrose School Committee will hold a public hearing on School Choice for the 2019/2020 school year.

The hearing will begin at 7 p.m. in the Aldermanic Chambers at Melrose City
