ON SUNDAY, the North Reading Varsity and Junior Varsity volleyball team participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk in Boston. This is the third year the team has participated raising over $3,000 to help find a cure. The volleyball team will be hosting their annual Breast Cancer Awareness game at the North Reading High School on Oct. 14, Junior Varsity game starting at 4 p.m. and Varsity game starting at 5:30 p.m. There will be raffles and a variety of baked goods for sale.
