NORTH READING — On Thursday, the NRHS girls’ basketball team had a season low seven turnovers and surpassed the 50 point mark for the first time this year enroute to a gargantuan 53-17 victory over Rockport.

NORTH READING — The NRHS boys’ basketball team survived a furious fourth quarter rally by the Amesbury Indians and eked out their second win in a row 59-56 on Jan. 29.

Junior captain Cody Cannalonga led all scorers with 25 points.

AMESBURY — The NRHS boys’ basketball team picked up their third win of the season, 59-56 on the road against Amesbury last Friday night. It was North Reading’s second consecutive victory as they won the week before against Pentucket.
