Helping hand

A CREW member of Electric Light (in bucket truck) works in tandem with a crane operator to carefully guide the mast arm for a set of traffic lights through utility wires at the intersection of Haverhill and Chestnut streets last Thursday. The poles and mast arms had been on back-order for months, delaying their installation.
