WAKEFIELD – There are four candidates running for two Town Council seats in Tuesday’s Town Election: James T. Cerone, Brian Fox, Rada Frohlichstein and Ami Ruehrwein Wall. The Daily Item posed two questions to the candidates. Today, we publish their responses to the second question.
