MELROSE — A 52-year-old from Chelsea was arrested for drunk driving on Friday, July 3.
Heliberto N. Rodriguez, 72 Marlborough St., apartment 2 was charged with operating under the influence of liquor after police conducted a well-being check on Sixth Street around 10:10 p.m.
