WAKEFIELD – Christine A. Luther, of Wakefield died suddenly on Friday, Nov. 6. Beloved sister of Dawn M. Gera and her husband Mark of Reading and the late Lance S. Luther Jr. Loving aunt of Makena and Nicholas Gera. Daughter of the late Lance S. Sr. and Margaret (Marchese) Luther. Granddaughter of the late Agnes and Guy Marchese and the late Rachel Levinthal and William Luther. Also survived by several cousins. A funeral service will be held at the Douglass, Edgerley and Bessom Funeral Home, 25 Sanborn St. (corner of Woburn Street), Reading on Tuesday, Nov.10, at noon. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 a.m. to noon. Burial is private. Christine was a talented and well-known guitarist, singer and songwriter.
