LYNNFIELD — Christopher J. Leuci, 44, of Lynnfield died on Saturday, March 21 at the Mass. General Hospital.
Born in Lynn on Oct. 10, 1970, Chris was the loving son of William L. Leuci of Saugus and the late Janet M. (Quagenti) Leuci.
Chris had been a Lynnfield resident for the past 15 years. He was a graduate of St. John’s Prep School in Danvers, Class of 1988 and Babson College, Class of 1992. Chris had worked at Fidelity as a vice president in the institutional wealth service group.
Chris was an accomplished snow and water skier and his greatest joy was skiing with his wife and children. During his free time, Chris was very active and enjoyed wake boarding, dirt biking and playing soccer. He took his passion for sports and became involved in the Lynnfield youth sports programs, coaching both soccer and lacrosse, as well as coaching the Bradford Ski Race team.
In addition to his father, Chris is survived by his loving wife Kristen (Sweeney) Leuci and his three devoted children; Drew, Paige and Gavin Leuci. He is also survived by his three beloved brothers; William J. Leuci of Saugus, David M. Leuci and his wife Tara of Acton and Peter A. Leuci and his wife Jessica of Malden. He was the loving son-in-law of W. Russell and Jeanne M. Sweeney of Weymouth. He was the loving brother-in-law to Timothy and Jennifer Sweeney, Bruce and Kara Wheeler and Brad and Karen Sweeney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Chris’ funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Friday, March 27 at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass at St. Maria Goretti Church, 112 Chestnut St., Lynnfield at 10 a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 3-8 p.m. Interment will be at Forest Hill Cemetery in Lynnfield.
