SOMERVILLE — Claire L. (Dionne) Curry, 77, a lifelong resident of Somerville, passed away at home on November 19, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.
Claire was a retired food service manager for the city of Somerville. She enjoyed traveling, being with her loving family, Tuesday Night Bingo and Friday Night Movie Club with her friends.
She was the beloved mother of Thomas J. Curry and his wife Stella of North Reading and Sharon A. Donato of Somerville and her companion Phillip Cacciatore of Waltham. She was also the daughter of the late Violet (Connors) and Joseph Dionne.
She was also the former wife of Donald R. Curry of Ohio. Claire was the dear sister of Russell Dionne and his wife Liz of Weymouth. She was the loving and devoted grandmother of Paul, Thomas and Amanda Donato and Sarah and Rebecca Curry. She is also survived by Paul J. Donato of Arlington.
Calling hours were held at the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway, Somerville on Sunday. A funeral home service was held Monday morning. Interment was private.
