Crane-Obit-webDANVERS — Deborah Anne Crane, 62, of Danvers, formerly of Stoneham and North Reading, died Monday, Feb. 9, 2015 at Beverly Hospital.

Born in Lawrence, on Jan. 24, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Charles M. and Dorothy (Shepherd) Crane. She was raised in North Reading and was a graduate of North Reading High School, Class of 1971. She attended Katherine Gibbs School and was a graduate of the University of Phoenix.

Debbie worked at Tufts–New England Medical Center for 18 years as a Research Administrator, Level III at the Institution for Clinical Research and Health Policy Studies.

Debbie was very loving to her family and friends. She would do anything for you. She was a very caring and intelligent woman, well versed in just about any subject. She had a great sense of humor. Debbie was a Class Act, she was a great pleasure to be with and she always put others first. She was a member of the North Reading High School, Class of 1971 Reunion Committee. She enjoyed painting, drawing, writing and sports.

She was the beloved companion of William E. Lannon III of Danvers; the loving mother of  James F. Liebke III and his companion Colleen Enos of Rowley; the sister of Michael Crane of California, Gillian Bourdelas and her husband Robert of Green Bay, WIisc. and Maryann O’Leary and her husband John of North Reading;  she was the aunt of, Robert, Andrew and Heather Bourdelas, Christine and Justin O’Leary and Emmy Thompson, and the grandmother of Emily and Hannah Liebke. She is also survived by several cousins, she was the sister–in–law of the late Christine Liebke.

Her funeral will be held from the  Croswell Funeral Home, 19 Bow St., North Reading, on Thursday, March 12 at 2 p.m. Calling hours will  be held prior to the service from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her memory to: Pan Mass.
