NORTH READING — Denise M. Valade, 61, of North Reading, died Friday, Dec. 2, 2016 at the Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington.
She was born in Winchester on Sept. 15, 1955 to Edward H. and Yvonne (Courtemanche) Valade.
