NORTH READING — The 21st annual Apple Festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19 on the Putnam House grounds.
The North Reading Historical and Antiquarian Society event will feature an apple pie contest, an art raffle, a silent art auction, artisans and crafters, town souvenirs, children’s games, pony rides, food and drinks, entertainment and tours of North Reading’s historic buildings, including the Putnam House, the Damon Tavern and the Farm Museum.
The rain date is on Sunday, Sept. 20.
