ERLANGER, Ky. — Edward Kevin O’Connor, 85, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Friday, Dec. 18, in Erlanger, Ky.
He was born on April 2, 1930 in Wakefield to D. Frank and B. Gertrude O’Connor.
A proud graduate of Boston University and a Coast Guardsman during the Korean War, he married Clara Andella in 1956 and together they raised four children in McLean, Va.
He is survived by children Christine Booth, Michael O’Connor, Susanne Rhodes and 10 grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Jan. 27 at St. Joseph Church in Wakefield.
