MELROSE — EMARC’s 20th annual 5K Road Race will be held on Sunday, Sept. 7 with the start and finish at Melrose Family YMCA located on 497 Main St. and at the corner of East Lebanon Street
The start time is 10 a.m. for runners and 10:05 a.m. for walkers. The fee is $25 before Sept.1 and $30 after Sept. 1.
The Kids Fun run will gather at 9:30 a.m. The Suggested donation is $5.
The award ceremony is at 11 a.m. sharp and is presented by Honorary Race Chair Mayor Rob Dolan on West Lebanon and Main streets next to DJ and the Victorian Fair bandstand/stage. Top male and female runners in the following categories: Under 18, 19-29, 30-30, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ and team run will receive awards.

The Bib and T-shirt Pick-Up Schedule is as follows:
At Marathon Sports — Thursday, Sept. 4 from 3-7 p.m.; Friday, Sept. 5 from noon-6 p.m.; Saturday, Sept. 6 from noon-5 p.m.
On Race Day — Sunday, Sept 7 from 8-9:45 a.m. at the Melrose YMCA, 497 Main St., Melrose.
