LYNNFIELD — The Lynnfield Public Library has announced it is launching a free series of programs and workshops this fall designed to improve one’s well-being.

All programs are open to the public and no registration is required to attend.

The series begins on Thursday, Sept. 8 at the Meeting House on the Common from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Lisa Kirshon will lead an interactive workshop where attendees will experience the ancient Chinese healing arts of tai chi and chi gong for health and longevity.

The remaining programs in the series will be held in the library at 18 Summer St. on the mezzanine from 3-4 p.m.

On Thursday, Sept. 15, Michelle Courtis will delve into the world of essential oils and will share their benefits and uses.

On Thursday, Sept. 22, the library will host another interactive workshop, “An Introduction to Meditation,” led by David Eyerman.

The series will conclude on Thursday, Sept. 29 with a visit from Nancy Patsios, a professional organizer, to help participants with her workshop entitled “Decluttering for Good Health.”
