LYNNFIELD — The Lynnfield Board of Health has held two successful flu clinics to date and has scheduled four additional Monday night clinics at Lynnfield Town Hall, 55 Summer St. in October, November and December.
The next flu clinic will be held in the Board of Health office on the lower level of the Town Hall on Monday, Oct. 27 from 6-8 p.m. Subsequent clinics will be held at the same time and location on Monday, Nov. 17, Monday, Dec. 8 and Monday, Dec. 29.
All of the clinics are open to all those ages 10 and older. Both residents and non-residents are welcome. Please wear short sleeves. Flu mist will also be available.
Those receiving flu vaccine should have no allergies to eggs or egg products and no history of Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS).
Most health insurance is accepted. Participants are asked to please bring all insurance cards with them to the clinic. If a particular insurance is not accepted, a $10 fee is charged to receive the vaccine.
