WAKEFIELD — Frances Viola Garcia Surette, 93, of Wakefield passed away after a brief illness on February 6.
She was born in Visalia, CA, on January 29, 1924 but lived in Wakefield just about all her life.
She was married to the late Edward (Joe) Surette.
She is survived by her four children: Robert Surette of Bradenton, Florida and his three daughters, Niki, Bobbi and Samantha; Donna and Mark Dixon of Wakefield and their two children Scott and Aly Dixon and Donna’s daughters Stephanie Ronan and Lisa Jancsy; Michael Surette and Ann of Wakefield and his children Michele, Michael, Christopher, Zachary, Matthew and Janelle; and Mark and Linda Surette of North Billerica.
She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
A service will be held on Monday, February 27, from 9 a.m. until 12 noon at Boston Cremation located at 287 Main St. in Malden.
