LYNNFIELD — James F. Nagle, 82, of Lynnfield died at his home on Sunday, Sept. 27.
Jim was born in Cambridge on Nov. 18, 1932. He was the son of the late Eugene F. and Ellen (Ahearn) Nagle.
Jim was a graduate of Somerville High School, Class of 1950. He was a resident of Lynnfield since 1972. Jim was a sheet metal worker, was a member of the local 17 and was a member of St. Maria Goretti Church.
Jim is survived by his wife Elinor M. (Finigan) Nagle. He is also survived by his 2 children, Brian Nagle of Boston and Karen Martin and her husband Greg of Lynnfield. He is also survived by his sister Jean Berner of Melrose and brother Richard Nagle of Nahant. He is also survived by his granddaughter Jillian.
His funeral was held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield, on Thursday, Oct. 1, followed by a funeral Mass in St. Maria Goretti Church, 112 Chestnut St., Lynnfield. Visitation for relatives and friends was held at the funeral home on Wednesday, Sept. 30.
