BOSTON – The office of House Minority Leader Bradley H. Jones Jr. (R-North Reading) is now accepting resumes for spring semester internships.

Representative Jones, who represents the 20th Middlesex District, which includes North Reading, Reading, Lynnfield and Middleton, is encouraging local college students to send in their resumes to apply for a spring internship in his Boston office.

“Interning is a great way to determine if the field a student is interested in pursuing is the right fit,” said Representative Jones. “Interns in my office will get a good feel for what it means to work in a legislator’s office. In addition to possibly receiving college credit for your time and effort, you will have the opportunity to work on constituent services, policy analysis and a number of other areas as well.”

If you or someone you know is interested in interning in Representative Jones’ office, please send a resume, cover letter and writing sample to Andrea Crupi, Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of Local Affairs for Representative Jones, at Andrea.Crupi@MAHouse.gov.

Internships are unpaid but in many cases college credits can be earned.
