WAKEFIELD — June S. Frost, 89, of Wakefield died Wednesday, Jan. 20, in Danvers.

She was born in Malden on June 24, 1926 and was the beloved daughter of the late Andrew and May (Petacchi) Vinchesi.

Mrs. Frost was raised in Everett and was a graduate of Everett High School, Class of 1944.

She had been a Wakefield resident since 1954 and retired as the office manager for Dr. Albert Guay, orthodontist of Wakefield, after 30 years of service.

She was an excellent, cook and baker and very talented at crocheting. She was also an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins.

Most important to June was her family of children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

June was the beloved wife of the late Horace U. Frost. She was the loving mother of Andrew J. Frost of New Hampshire and Cynthia J. Frost of Wakefield. She was the sister of the late Dorothy T. Queenan. She was also the loving grandmother of Jessica Incerto and her husband Anthony, Samantha Freeman and husband Brian, Cody Frost and wife Bahaar and Casey Frost and fiancé Ricky Umlah. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Nico, Lorenzo, Sophie Milo and Matilda.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated in Saint Joseph Church, 173 Albion St., Wakefield on Monday at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will be at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park in West Peabody. There will be no visitation.
