Kristen lived in Melrose with her daughter Haley A. Harmon and her grandparents, George E. Harmon and Elizabeth A. (Belmont) Harmon. She was a loving mother and a cherished granddaughter.

She was the caring daughter of Michael Keniston of Medford and the late Susan Harmon. She was also the sister of Ashley Keniston of Vermont and Michael Keniston Jr. of Medford. She was the goddaughter of Linda Murphy of Lynnfield and the niece of the late Philip Harmon. She was the cousin of Tyler Murphy of Lynnfield and was also loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Kristen was born on May 6, 1982 at Winchester Hospital. She was raised in Melrose where she attended school until she was 14-years-old when she moved to Arizona with her mother, the late Susan Harmon. In 2001, when Kristen’s daughter was born, she moved back to Boston and began attending school for nursing shortly after returning to Massachusetts. Kristen attended Lincoln Technical Institute in Somerville in the licensed practical nurse (LPN) program. She graduated top of her class and went on to work at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Besides her love for work, Kristen loved and adored her family so very much; her family meant everything to her. She also enjoyed dancing. She loved music and could memorize the words to a song after listening to it only a few times. She enjoyed writing and poetry, and had a great sense of humor. She could always make everyone laugh and be happy. Her presence and personality could brighten up a room. She was an all-around outstanding, breathtaking and beautiful person. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. Kristen, rest in peace.
