WAKEFIELD — The Middlesex League boys’ soccer coaches met to make this year’s all-star selection in both the Freedom and Liberty divisions.

The Wakefield Memorial High boys’ soccer team had two players chosen. Seniors Mike Leven and Braedan Langlois, a captain, were the two Warriors honored. Leven played at midfield, while Langlois was a forward for the Warriors.

M.L. Freedom division co-champion Watertown led the Freedom division balloting with five selections including the league MVP. Melrose, the other co-champion, was next with four all-stars named.

Burlington had three all-stars chose, while Wakefield and Wilmington had two. Stoneham had one player honored.

In M.L. Liberty division, league champion led the balloting with five all-stars selected along with the league MVP. Belmont was next with four all-stars, while Arlington had three players chosen. Both Lexington and Reading had two all-stars named, while Woburn had one.

There were also seven Eastern Mass. All-Stars selected among the top seven seniors who garnered the most votes by the M.L. coaches.
