WAKEFIELD — Wakefield Little League walk-in registration will be held on Saturday, Nov.15 from 9 a.m.-noon inside the Wakefield Memorial High School cafeteria.
The fees for a single player is $130, two players is $205 and three players or more is $245. The fee for Senior League Baseball is $160 and the Challenger League is free.
Wakefield Little League online registration is open at www.wakefieldlittleleague.org.
The age requirements for the various divisions in baseball are as follows:
• Tee Ball (Born 5/1/08 – 4/30/10)
• Rookie League (Born 5/1/07 – 4/30/08)
• A League Ages (Born 5/1/06 – 4/30/07)
• Minor League (Born 5/1/02 – 4/30/06)
• Major League (Born 5/1/02 – 4/30/05)
• Senior League (Born 05/01/98-04/30/02 (Big Diamond ages 13-16)
The age requirements for the various divisions in softball are as follows:
• Farm League (Born 1/1/05 – 12/31/07)
• Minor League (Born 1/1/03 – 12/31/05)
• Major League (Born 1/1/02 – 12/31/04)
• Senior League (Born 1/1/98 – 12/31/01)
The Challenger League ages are for players born between 5/1/92 – 4/30/09.
Please note first time signups will need to bring copy of birth certificate and proof of residency to the walk-in registration.
