Lois was much loved by family, friends and neighbors for her kindness, caring, big heart, generosity, musical and artistic talents. She loved reading great books constantly. The librarians at the Flint Memorial Library have been wonderful and so helpful to her this last year especially.

Lois loved her family condo in Falmouth. She loved swimming, the ocean beaches and sunshine. She did water aerobics at the Boston Sports Club for many years. She loved fashion design, sewing, piano, singing and seeing family and friends. Lois had been a resident of North Reading for the past 60 years, where she was a member of the Union Congregational Church for 60 years and a member of the church choir for 58 years.

Family members include her loving son, Daniel J. Simes and his former wife, Gail Manzelli; and her daughter, Karen Simes Kornacki and her husband Alan S. Kornacki, all of North Reading.
