Man charged with ID fraud at local bank

LYNNFIELD — Police arrested a Bellingham man at a local bank Friday, April 10 after being told he was inside trying to open an account with another customer’s identification.

Douglas Charles Cook, 63, of 56 Easy St. in Bellingham was charged with identity fraud and forging/misusing a Registry of Motor Vehicles document.
