Retired from Blue Cross in 1987
SAUGUS — Marie R. (Anzalone) Gagliardi, 88, of Saugus, formerly of Medford, died Feb. 13. She retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield in 1987. Marie was the wife of the late Frank Gagliardi. She was also the loving mother of Rosemarie MacLeod of Saugus and Samuel F. Gagliardi of Rockport. She was the cherished grandmother of Caren, Lindsey, Michelle, Adrienne and five great–grandchildren.
She was also the sister of Anthony Anzalone of Saugus and Helen Zonghetti of North Reading.
A funeral was held from the Bisbee-Porcella Funeral Home, 549 Lincoln Ave., Saugus on Thursday, Feb. 19 at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in Blessed Sacrament Church, 14 Summer St., Saugus, at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
