LYNNFIELD — Marie L. McAdam, 74, a longtime resident of Lynnfield and formerly of Everett, died Wednesday, Oct. 12 at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Born in Chelsea on May 14, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Margaret (Lee) Barisano.
Marie was a graduate of Everett High School, Class of 1959. She enjoyed walking and spending time with her family. She loved going to the beach and never missed any of her grandchildren’s many activities including athletics and theater.
She was the beloved wife of James E. McAdam. She was the loving mother of Sean McAdam and his wife MaryEllen of North Andover and Lisa Doonan and her husband Bill of Blackstone. She was the sister of Margaret Scioli of Melrose, Suanne Cotter of Wakefield, Dianna Cresta of Saugus, and the late Jean Foresteire. She was the adoring grandmother of Kyle, Danielle and Liam McAdam.
Her Funeral Services were held on Saturday. Arrangements were in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home, Wakefield.
