MALDEN – Mary E. “M” (Donnelly) Lucey, a lifelong resident of Malden, passed away on Feb. 4, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. She was 80 years old.
Mary was the longtime loving companion of Donald Puopolo. She is also survived by the father of her children Edwin Lucey of Malden. Mary was the beloved mother of Greg Lucey and his wife Marie “Tomi” of Malden, Susan Farrell and her husband Robert of Wakefield, Scott Lucey of Malden and the late Brian, Dennis and Sean Lucey. She was the mother in-law of Linda Lucey, Michele Iacopino, and Nancy Baraldi. Mary was the sister of the late Donald and Leo Donnolly. She was the cherished grandmother of Adam Lucey, Amanda, Katy and Patrick Farrell, Corey, Garrett and Conor Lucey, Erin, Evin and Christopher Lucey and the late Dennis Lucey. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Cameron and Audrey.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to gather at the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main St., Malden on Tuesday, Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow immediately in Forest Dale Cemetery, Malden.
