WAKEFIELD — Matthew P. Desrosier, 42, of Wakefield died on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at his residence after a long battle with heart disease.
Born in Lynn on July 2, 1975, he was the son of Mary (Daley) Desrosier and the late Phillip J. Desrosier.
Matthew was a graduate of Lynn Technical School and Northeast School of Industrial Technology. He had been a long-time Lynn resident before moving to Wakefield in 2000. Matthew had worked as an electrician and had accumulated eight state licenses over his career.
A celebration of Matthew’s life will be held in the spring.
Arrangements are in the care of the McDonald Funeral Home in Wakefield.
