Windham, NH resident grew up in Wakefield

WINDHAM, NH — Maureen Richard, 56, of Windham, New Hampshire, and formerly of Wakefield, died on Friday, January 20, at her residence.
Born in Melrose on April 13, 1960, she was the daughter of the late James R. and Marjorie D. (Muise) Kittery.
Maureen had been a resident of Windham for the past 17 years. She was a graduate of Wakefield Memorial High School, Class of 1979, and had worked a sales representative for Pioneer Tool Company in Nashua, New Hampshire.
Mrs. Richard is survived by her husband Arthur “Roy” Richard; her stepdaughter Jennifer Johnson and husband Peter of Wilmot, New Hampshire; her stepson Jonathan Richard of Lawrence; her two grandsons Wade and Lucas Johnson; her two sisters Elaine Lake of Boxford and Kathleen Nassar of Wakefield, and her two brothers Brian Kittery of Stoughton and James Kittery of Wakefield. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. followed by an interment at Forest Glade Cemetery in Wakefield.
