MELROSE — The City of Melrose will once again hold two sessions for seniors to sign up for a variety of discounts and tax exemptions on Monday, October 22, from 2 - 4 p.m. and Tuesday, October 23, from 10 a.m. - 12 noon at Memorial Hall.
