MELROSE — Ralph J. Dennehy, of Melrose passed away at the Chestnut Woods Healthcare Center in Saugus on April 20, 2022, at the age of 86.
Ralph was born in Melrose and a graduate of the Medford Vocational High School. He worked as a Printer for the Wakefield Item, Woburn Daily Times and the U. S. Government for many years, prior to his retirement. Ralph devoted his life to the development and mentoring for the Boys Scouts of America, taking his troops camping all over New England for over 70 years. He enjoyed traveling to Ogunquit and Damariscotta, Maine and Rosemont, Pa.
A Mass of Christian burial was held at the Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main St., Wakefield on Thursday, April 28, 2022, at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be private.
