MIDDLETON — Michael Benedetto, 33, of Middleton and formerly of Wakefield, died suddenly on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
Born in Malden on Feb. 23, 1981, he was the beloved son of Julie (Webster) Benedetto of Middleton and Davy Benedetto of Wakefield.
Michael was a graduate of Wakefield High School, Class of 1999. He had worked as a landscaper for Pine Brook Landscaping Company in Middleton. Michael had served in the United States Marine Corps.
In addition to his parents, Michael is survived by his two grandmothers, Florence McHugh of Saugus and Connie Sargent of Whitman; his maternal grandfather Daniel B. Webster of Mississippi; his three brothers Dave Benedetto, Jason Benedetto and Josh Benedetto, all of Wakefield, and his sister Alexa Benedetto of Middleton. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Michael was predeceased by his brother Matthew Benedetto.
His funeral will be held from the McDonald Funeral Home, 19 Yale Ave., Wakefield. on Wednesday at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass in St. Florence Church, 47 Butler Ave., Wakefield at 10 a.m. Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m.
